Stella's Paradox
This sketch reinterprets Frank Stella's Untitled (1966) to defy the famous words about his own work: "What you see is what you see".
By adding motion to his strict geometry, lines that should be static seem to rotate, and what is flat suddenly gains depth. What you see is no longer just what you see, but what your brain interprets is happening. The shapes remain in place, yet your perception dictates otherwise...
